• When using Lumley Sun Lounge, you agree to follow all safety instructions and staff directions.

• You confirm you are physically able to use sunbeds and understand UV exposure; you assume all risks including sunburn, skin irritation, and eye injury.

• You will disclose any medical conditions, pregnancy, medications or past skin cancer history; consult a healthcare professional if in doubt.

• Sessions are time-limited and must follow the device timer; stop immediately if you feel unwell, dizzy, or burning.

• Follow aftercare and hygiene guidelines (remove products after session, avoid damaged or irritated skin, use recommended skincare).

• Staff may monitor and enforce safety measures to maintain a safe environment.

• Non-compliance may result in loss of access without refund.

• If under 18, you will not be allowed to use UV tanning; proof of age may be required.

• A minimum 24-hour gap between sessions is required.

• Eye protection is recommended on every visit (free disposable eyewear provided).

• Do not use tanning after recent sun exposure, after another sunbed the same day, or if redness/irritation is present.

• Do not use if you have a high number of moles or a family history of skin cancer without medical advice.

• Do not consume alcohol or use illegal substances before or during your session.
